DC Presenter Guidelines

Baltic DB&IS DC 2026 program: https://dbis2026.cs.ut.ee/Main/Day1

Presentations of Baltic DB&IS DC 2026 papers are organized into groups of 3-4 papers in a session.

For each DC paper presented orally, a 30-minute time slot is allocated, of which approximately 15 minutes are for the presentation and 15 minutes for questions and discussion with the assigned mentor. Presenters are advised to keep track of their time use.

For DC presentations, the session rooms are equipped with a Windows 11 computer and PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat Reader will also be available. You can also use your own device. The following connections are available: VGA, HDMI, USB-C. If you need any adapters, please bring your own.

Please arrive at the session meeting room with plenty of time to spare (at least 10 minutes before the session) to familiarize yourself with the room, the presentation setup, and the session chair.

The presenter must be present from the beginning of the session. Papers will be presented in the order they are listed in the scientific program.

Wifi: throughout the conference venue, you have access to the wireless network. If you have access to Eduroam, we recommend using it.
