Conference Forum Presenter Guidelines
The presentation of Conference Forum papers will be organized as a poster session on 30 June 2026.
To ensure that the poster session runs smoothly and that all presenters have the best opportunity to share their research effectively, please review and follow the guidelines below.
Each poster presenter is expected to be present by their poster during the session in order to introduce their work, answer questions, and engage in discussion with participants.
Poster size
Posters will be displayed in a dedicated poster area. The recommended poster size is A0, in portrait orientation: 1189 mm in height and 841 mm in width. Other sizes are acceptable, provided that the poster is not smaller than A1.
Mounting
Posters should be mounted on the dedicated walls using white adhesive putty. Presenters may bring their own adhesive putty or use the material provided by the organizers. Please note that any other mounting method (e.g., adhesive tape), is not allowed.
Presentation
A well-designed poster should present the work clearly on its own. However, poster authors are expected to be available during the poster session to describe their work, answer questions, and discuss their research with other attendees.
Designing your poster
- The poster should provide a detailed enough overview of your work in a graphic form.
- Place in the poster’s heading the title, authors and affiliations. Suggested title size 3cm in height.
- Suggested minimum graph size is 20 cm, section heading letters 2 cm, and text and figure lettering not less than 1 cm in height.
- Include for all figures and tables a title.
- Place your contact information on poster.
- Poster should tell a story in an easily followed flow and be self-explanatory.
- Last but not the least – keep your poster simple!
