Conference Presenter Guidelines

Presentations of Baltic DB&IS 2026 papers is organized as in groups of 3-4 papers in a session.

For each paper presented orally, a time-slot of 30 minutes is allocated, out of which approx. 20 minutes is for presentation and 8-10 minutes for questions and discussion. Presenters are advised to keep track of their time use.

For presentations the session rooms are equipped with a computer with Windows 11 platform and PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available as well. You can also use your own device. The following connections are available: VGA, HDMI, USB-C. If you need any adapters, please bring your own.

Please arrive to session meeting room with plenty of time in store (at least 10 minutes before the session) to familiarize yourself with the room and presentation set-up, and the session chair.

Presenter must be present from the beginning of the session. Papers will be presented in the order they are listed in the scientific program.

Wifi: throughout the conference venue, you have access to wireless network. If you have access to Eduroam, we recommend using it.
